Everyone has a degree in India?

You know how corporations in America keep talking about the proliferation of degrees in India as a compelling reason to offshore jobs there? Have they also revealed that this is because it is paid for by the government? Yes, that's right. Unlike the people in the United States, those people don't have to pay their own way. I wonder if these corporations that are singing the praises of this system would even begin to consider paying into a similar system here. We know that answer.
