Yes, that's right. It supports genocide. Since they do loads of business with Sudan, without a thought for the genocide perpetrated by that government, doing any sort of business with any entity in those nations supports the genocide in Sudan. At least indirectly. If you care about that sort of thing, you should have to reconcile this in your own head. You won't have to dig very hard over at news.google.com to find articles talking about the business that India and China do with Sudan, plus articles talking about how China intends to veto any UN sanctions against Sudan.
